Who is responsible
The controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website is SALTAAI — operating name of Agentic Artificial Intelligence Solutions, a venture currently in formation, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Full statutory provider details will be published once incorporation completes; until then, the SALTAAI founding team is responsible for this site and any inquiry. You can reach the people responsible for data protection at the contact below.
Public forms
Forms collect business contact details (such as your name, email, company, and a short message) and brief context about your request. We process them to respond to you and to scope and assess a possible engagement. The legal basis is your request to take steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries. They are not a secure credential handoff path.
Client data
Deeper access is requested only after human review through a secure handoff path appropriate to the engagement. Where we process data on behalf of a client, we act as a processor under that client's instructions and the terms of the engagement.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site traffic — for example which pages are visited and from where, in aggregate. Analytics is consent-gated: under Google Consent Mode v2 it defaults to denied in every region, so nothing is stored or collected on your device until you accept through the consent banner. You can decline, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the consent choice stored in your browser. If you accept, Google acts as our processor and may process data on infrastructure outside Switzerland and the EU under appropriate safeguards. Analytics runs only where the measurement is configured for the environment; it is off otherwise.
Cookies and local storage
A strictly necessary cookie named NEXT_LOCALE remembers your chosen site language for up to one year so the site loads in the right language; it carries no analytics or advertising data and needs no consent. Your analytics choice (accept or decline) is recorded in your browser's local storage so the banner does not reappear on every visit. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept; if you decline, no analytics cookies are placed.
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry and brief data only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage an engagement and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained for the standard Google Analytics period and only when consent was given.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@saltaai.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the EU, your national data-protection authority; in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
